It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Ribar of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, I. T. Moats and Ruth Sharp Moats; and her brothers, Albert Moates and John Edward Moates. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Walsh (Benita), Allan Walsh (Lisa) and Larry Walsh; her brother Earl Moates (Barbara); her grandchildren, Whitney Walsh (Angela), Allana Sowder (Travis), Colby Walsh (Becca), Andrew Walsh, Caitlin Malone (Justin), Brooklen Weaver (Ross) and Chloe Walsh; and her close friend Danetter Shaefer. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
