He is survived by: his father Richard Lamb (Betty) of Ankeny, IA; his children, Forrest Lamb (Stephanie) of Canton, GA, Savannah Lamb of Smyrna, GA, Megan Lamb of Dalton, GA and Shelby Lamb of Carrollton, GA; his siblings, Robert Lamb (Vicki) of Cleveland, TN, Tonja Hunkapiller of Chattanooga, TN, Ed Cumings (Bonnie), Luanne Dwyer (Mike), Laura Daily (Rick), Ben Cumings, Shannon Lamb (Cheryl), Shawn Lamb (Janelle), Summer Swalsky (Gary) and Stacey Winchester (Chuck); his nieces and nephews, Lindsey Hunkapiller, Matthew Lamb, Rodney Parker Jr., Heather Parker and Michael Parker; and his grandchildren, Sophia Lamb, Maddox Lamb and Henry Allen Lamb.
