He is survived by: his parents, Reverend Samuel "Sam" Hooker and Debbie Hooker; his spouse Kasie Conley Hooker; his children, Samuel "Sam" Lawrence Hooker, Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Hooker, Alicen "Ali" Grace Hooker and Jason; his nephews, Daniel Denton, Eli Denton and Jace Conley; his daughter-in-law Payton Sowder; his siblings-in-law, Adam Conley and Courtney Marie Conley of Jasper; his uncle Steve Hooker (Diane) of Nashville; his aunt Donna Hooker Mowery of Knoxville; and his cousins, Jacqueline Daffinson (Josh), Jon Hooker, Jr., Justin Mowery and Jarod Mowery.
