He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sr. and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Samantha Norris (Ben), Barbara Burnett, Misty Franks (Robert) and Jeanie Potts (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dakota, Sierra, Logan, Chasity, Tacoma, Marisa, Daniel, Montana, Mason and Kai; his great grandchildren, Presley and Paisley; and his siblings, Dusty and Mary Long.
