He is survived by: his wife Mary Marjorie Johnson; and his children, Amanda Holder (Dwight) of Cleveland, Kim Cook (Gregory) of Cleveland, Monique Johnson (Scott) of Cleveland, Stephanie Bates (Johnny) of Cleveland, David Moore (Lydia), Ronnie Johnson Jr. (Jacquie), Shane Johnson (Susan), Joe Johnson (Louisa) and Alan Johnson (Angela). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
