Though Ron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Gilbert and Blanche F. Gilbert; and his sister Brenda Gilbert Wynkoop. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harne Gilbert; his children, Kris Gilbert (Karen) of Goshen, D. Ryan Gilbert (Mollie) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Rachel Arrowood of Cleveland and Andrea G. Ramsey (Chase) of Hixson, Tennessee; and his brother Dr. Dan Gilbert (Betsy) of Cleveland. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cherished cousins.
