She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Moyer and Pauline Moyer; and her brothers, Jospeh L. Moyer, Norman R. Moyer, Tony L. Moyer and Bob Moyer.
She is survived by: her husband George Bartholomew; her daughters, Rachael Hooper (Jamie) and Tabitha Wright (Eddie); her grandchildren, Alexis Hooper, Skylar Hooper, Nate Hooper, Holley Letrick, Justin Letrick and Autumn Wright; and her great grandchildren, Rylan Long, Mckinley Long and Natsu Letrick. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
