She is survived by: her husband Gary Ray Horne; her children, Amanda Couch (Matthew Johnston) and Gary Lee Horne (Amber Ward); her grandchildren, Nevaeh Horne, Haleigh Couch, Mariah Johnston, Caiden Johnston, Braiden Couch, Aiden Flerl, Annabell Horne and Alex Horne; her in-laws, Melvin Horne and Tina Johnson; her niece Tiffany Johnson; and her nephew Bubba Horne. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland Chapel (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
