He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bell and Mary Evelyn Bell; his brother James Aaron Bell (Charles "Chuck" Thomas Cartledge); his granddaughter Olivia Christabel Rowen Green; and his nephew Hunter Ray White.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Cartledge; his children, Brandon Glenn Cartledge (Tiffany), Tiffany Danielle Cason (Chad) and Erika Ann Harmon (Johnathan); his goddaughter Emily Faith Tomas (Trevor); his siblings, Robyn White (Stacey), William Robert "Robbie" Bell (Christy) and Bobbie Neal Cartledge (Cindy); his mother-in-law Delota Rider (Ken); his grandchildren, Lucas Cartledge, Kaleb Akridge, Karter Akridge, Aiden Cartledge, Brayden Cartledge, Ethan Sanders, Peyton Sweat, Landen Sweat, Emma-Gracelyn Harmon, Stevey-Rose Harmon, Leonardo Green and Bruno Green; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Jones (Bart) and Jonathan Burnette (Charity). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
