He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Staton and Anna Mae Staton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sterling Staton; his son Jeff "Jeffro" Staton; his stepchildren, Melanie Baden and Christie Williamson (Steve); his grandchildren, David, Ashley, Jake S., Morgan, Jake B., Lindsey, Bo, Josh, Kaleigh and Julia; his siblings, Carolyn Webb, David Staton (Martha) and Joann Woody; his nieces and nephews, Rusty, Cathy, Angel and Tandi; his great-nephews, Christopher and Logan; and his great-niece Grace.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions to the Keith Street Children's Ministry Department.
