With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nell H. Sharpe of Cleveland, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carl Haynes and Irma Lee Money Haynes of Lexington; her husband Donald Sharpe; and her siblings, Nancy, Edna, Bryce, Marvin and Don.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Anna Scates (Don) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn McCray (Brendan) of Nashville, Graham Scates (JoAnna) of Lexington and Andrea Scates-Barrett (Stone) of Louisville, Kentucky.; her nieces, Angela Dewbrew (George) of Lexington, NC and Pam Butler (Todd) of Leland, NC.; and her nephew Carl Blackburn of Lexington, NC. She is also survived by loving family members, she is survived by the children of her twin sister.
