He is survived by: his wife Melissa Gray; his children, Leslie Wilburn (Allen), Tyler Tate (Lilly), Chance Tate, Makenna Gray and Chelsea Tate; his grandchildren, Makala Mowery, Carter Winburn and Aiden Tate; and his cousin Denise Sweeney.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee (2600 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
