He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Haley Armstrong (Kathy Welch) of Cleveland, TN.; his siblings, Hubert B Armstrong Jr. (Heather) of Ooltewah, TN., Teri Lynn Armstrong of Etowah, TN. and Phyllis Cunningham of Columbus, Ohio.; his aunts, Letha and Phoebe Smith of Detroit, Mi.; and his uncle Charlie Roberts of Riceville, TN..
