He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia D'Andrea and Ugino D'Andrea; his wife Margaret D'Andrea; his siblings, Marie Bartolameolli and Ugino D'Andrea II; and his granddaughter Sierra Underwood.

He is survived by: his children, Ugino D'Andrea III, Sarah D'Andrea, Junebetty Abbott and Ronda Underwood; his grandchildren, Kristin Underwood, AnnMarie D'Andrea, Arianna D'Andrea, Alexander D'Andrea, Margaret "Maggie" Abbott, Eleanor Abbott and Rosemary Abbott; and his siblings, Tina Senczyszyn, Elio D'Andrea, Robert D'Andrea and Michael D'Andrea.
