She is survived by: her parent James Burton "Jim" Hawkins; her husbands, Thomas Lynn Johnston and Charles Price; her grandson Zachary Michael Smith; her siblings, Jessmarie Ballew, Wilma Sue Brock, Gerstal Hawkins, Marvin Hawkins, Vernon Hawkins, Wincell Hawkins, Kenneth Hawkins and Julian Hawkins; her daughters, Rita Johnston of Cleveland and Sharon J. Smith (Mike) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Ashley Smith of Cleveland and Amy Ownby (Ryan) of Cleveland; her great grandchild Garrett Ownby of Cleveland; and her siblings, Velma June Randolph of Cleveland, Gladys Sampson (Bobby) of Old Fort, Ruth Ann Ledford of Old Fort and Waymon Hawkins of Cleveland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
