We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 71, Lucille Florene Morgan of Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Delano, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milburn Plumley and Lucille Gibson Plumley; her son Gary Lowe; her sisters, Brenda Plumley McDade, Ann Cummings and Ernestine Cummings; and her granddaughter McKinnzi Rogers.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin S. Morgan; her children, Timothy Lowe and Tracy Rogers; her grandchild Sandy Headrick (Larry); her brother Steve Plumley (Lynette); and her grandchildren, Nicole Brown (Cody), Jesse Lowe (Caroline), Kaitlyn Lowe, Tyler Rogers (Brittany), Conner Lowe and Kelsey Rogers. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
