He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Hatmaker and Dorothy Hatmaker; his former wife Jacqulyn "Detta" Hatmaker; and his brothers, Homer and Jerry Hatmaker.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hatmaker; his children, Phil Hatmaker (Connie) and Paige Strickland (Lee); his grandchildren, Lauren, Kayelyn, Haley, Tyler, Victoria, Megan and Brandon Strickland; his great grandchildren, Laney, Gracelyn, Kaydence, Greyson, Skyelar and Caleb; and his sisters, Anna, Carolyn, Sue and Marsha. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
