He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Warnack and Opal Warnack. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Warnack; his stepchildren, Kevin Cates and Chris Cates (Kim); his grandchild Devon Cates; his great grandchildren, Hailyn Weimer and Mercedez Weimer; his brothers, Jerry Hacker (Sandy) and Gary Warnack; and his nephew Micheal Warnack (Deb). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
