She was predeceased by: her birth mother Bettye June Pass (Brewer). She is survived by: her father Joe Paul Pass; her husband Bobby Payne; her sons, Brandon, Blake and Benjamin Payne; her sisters, Lori Gregory (Jeff) and Lisa Pass; her nephews, Jared (Julia) and Justin; and her mother Anita Hughes (Ray Hughes, Jr.). She is also survived by aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Ministries (3522 Harrison Pike, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral Homes. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt Olive Church of God (3522 Harrison Pike, Cleveland, TN 37311-8603).
