He is survived by: his mother Wanda Mathews; his stepfather Ken Mathews; his brother Tim Frazier (Jeanette); his nieces and nephews, Catherine Frazier, Braxton Brooks, Jennifer Mowery (Charlie), Nolan Mowery, Keith Gregg (Brianna), Seth Gregg and Matthew Jenkins; his uncle Jimmy Hughes; and his caregiver Amie Miller.

“So sorry to hear this, Kieth was a great friend and distant “cuz”. We had some great times in the late 70’s early 80’s! Great memories. The Shake Shack, drag racing, Brainerd Drag Strip, the old Camaros. Fun times. My best memory of Kieth is when he and Ronnie Tenpenny and friends came to see my daughter after her accident and had prayer with us. Keith was always a great friend and always had your back. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and leaves a great legacy. Danny Davis”
