She was predeceased by: her husband Vaughn Horn; her daughter Luanne Helms; her parents, Julian Parks and Mary Francis Parks; and her sister Katie Sizer.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Kim) of Collierville, Mary Dawn Newberry (Robbie) of Murfreesboro and Shannon (Kenny) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Natalie, Taylor, Carson and Ashton; her great grandchildren, Ezra and Nora; and her close friend Kim Beasley.
