He is survived by: his wife Retta Ownbey; his children, Randy Ownbey (Susan) and Rhonda Ratcliff (Gerald); his grandchildren, Matt Ownbey (Kaci), Laura Ownbey and Hannah Ratcliff; and his siblings, Jack Ownbey (late Rosemary), Judy Gobble (Ted) and Juanita Harris (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
