He was predeceased by: his parents, John Braska "Braskie" Stepp and Jesse Cash Stepp; his wife Angelique Mary Estelle Stepp; and his brother Ronald Stepp. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Stepp (Carmen) of Crestview, FL, Deborah Williams of Maryville, TN, Cinnamon White (Gene) of Riceville, TN, Morgan Stepp (Jennifer) of Alcoa, TN and Jordan Stepp (Heather) of Canton, GA; his siblings, Renzy Stepp Sr., Reda O'Neal, Robert Stepp (Brenda), Rene Stepp and Roger Stepp (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Rachel Stepp, Ryan Stepp, Jared Stepp, Gabriella Algarin, Kristopher Algarin, Christy Bulloch (Shane), Benjamin Culpepper (Christina), Jennifer Pointer (Patrick), Nathaniel Culpepper, Katie Culpepper, Jake White, Anna White, Sadiya Stepp, Emmaline Stepp, Petra Stepp, Lorelai Stepp and Isabelle Stepp. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
