He is survived by: his mother Willa Ann Hawkins (Copus) of Cleveland, TN; his brother Joshua D Hawkins of Knoxville, TN; his nieces and nephews, Josephine (Josie) and Jett Hawkins; his sister Brooke Wines (Charles); his nieces and nephews, Kelsey and Heath Wines; his brother Sang Hak Han of Seoul; and his aunts and uncles, Diana Shroy of Columbus, OH, H. Douglas Copus (Kathy), David Copus (Carolyn) and Janna Richards (Chad).
In lieu of flowers, JD requested memorials be made in his memory to those in need.
