She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Horner and Tennie C. Horner; her former husband Jimmy Cecil Smalley; her daughters, Cathy Darlene Smalley and Patricia Plaskett; her husband David F. Mayes; and her siblings, Bobbie Elliott, Betty Griffith, Paul Horner and John Horner.
She is survived by: her children, Kim, Randy Cole, Jamie and Chris Smalley. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, extended family, and friends.
