It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Barrett Coffey of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barrett and Mary Naomi Orr Barrett; her son Mike Johnson; and her brother Bob Barrett. She is survived by: her husband L. M. Coffey of Columbia; her children, Kim Kirsch (Ron) of Brentwood, Karen Perrin of Mooresville, N. C. and Barrett Johnson of Columbia; her grandchildren, Brooke Ward (Austin), Emily Perrin, Hunter Kirsch, Matt Kirsch, Katherine Johnson and Baylor Johnson; her great grandchildren, Brayden Ward, Macie Ward and Luke Ward; and her stepson Michael Hay (Mary Jane). She is also survived by two step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
