He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham DeWitt Raley and Aileen Dixon Raley. He is survived by: his wife Gula Levenduski Raley; his daughter Leslie Stevison (Dustin); his grandchildren, Drake Weathers of Cleveland and Brody Stevison of Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Deltah Levenduski of Hagerstown, Maryland.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland Chapel (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
