He is survived by: his wife Ruby Faye Innis; his daughters, Lisa Hembree (Rusty), Donna Weber (Darrin) and Christy Rogers (Jeremy); his adoptive son Robert Newton (Roy George); his grandchildren, Misty Fallin (Alex), Craig Hembree (Courtney), Reily Hembree, Derrick Weber, Landon Rogers and Gavin Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Samuel Fallin, Tymber Lakelynn and Creek Hembree.
