He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wells; his children, Charles Michael Perry (Amber), Damien Hicks, Christy Perry-McKenzie (Mac) and Karen Tatum; his siblings, Sandra Dye (Robert), John Perry (Andrea), Joseph Perry (Loretta), Jola Williams (Jerry) and Brian Haskins (Karen); his sister-in-law Lisa Perry; his grandchildren, Courtney Perry, Brianna Jacobs, Lance McKenzie, Eden Perry, Vincent Perry, Felesha Pemberton and Gage Strickland; and his great grandchildren, Kehlani Hart, Aiden Smith and Emory Shahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to a local non-profit agency.
