He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Orr and Jewel Orr; and his brother Danny Orr. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Trippett (Mike) of Calhoun, TN and Richard Orr of Longmont, CO.; his grandchildren, LeAnna, Maelaina, Michael Lee (Cherilyn), Sam and Char; his great grandchild Shaun; and his nieces and nephews, Whitney Orr, Trevis Orr, Corina Cooper and Shain Rievley.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking a donation to the Cleveland Public Library be made in Jack's name.
