He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Wallace Mulkey Sr. and Betty Lee Mulkey (Sherlin); and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Mulkey. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth C. Mulkey; his children, Kelly Speck (Terry) of Sparta, TN and Kevin Mulkey of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, Seth Speck, Andrew Mulkey and Callie Mulkey; his siblings, Sharon Basham and Jim Mulkey (Sharon); and his nieces, Cara Mulkey-Bates (Chris) and Kimberly Mulkey.
In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or The National Craniofacial Association (FACES) in Butch Mulkey's honor.
