He was predeceased by: his parents, Abbie Morgan Marr and Houston Marr, Sr.; and his siblings, Pauline Washburn, Alvin, Calvin and Kenny Marr.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his sister Mary Ann Ledford; his sisters-in-law, Elsie Suttles (Phillip) and Barbara Stapp (James); and his friends, Anthony Harvey, Tyner Whaley and Bob Hams. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
