He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Rush; and his parents, James Park Rush (JP) and Vinnie Mantooth Rush. He is survived by: his children, Clyde Rush, Wanell Rush, Molly Goins and Heidi Boring. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
