He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vernon and Grace Ramsey Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Carol King Lackey; his children, Kim Lackey Fisher and Lebron Lackey Jr.; his children-in-law, Robert and Heather; his grandchildren, Emily Jones (Jeremy), Matthew Fisher (Jade), David Fisher (Merla), Lebron Lackey III (Jocelyn), Samuel Lackey (Meryn) and Keaton Lackey; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Liam, Rowan, Charlotte, Theo and Lily.
