He was predeceased by: his parent Temple Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Monica of Knoxville; and his brother Lynn (Lisa) of Ooltewah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and an uncle.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to any of the following: Samples Memorial Baptist Church, Living Word Church missions, Grayson Ladder Foundation or The Caring Place.
