He is survived by: his children, Jessica Chase Cotter (Ty) and Cody Chase; his mother Martha Lee; his stepfather Bill Lee of Ooltewah; his granddaughter Leila Chase Cotter; and his siblings, Marlie Jones, Danielle Culberson (Jason), Michelle Blackwell, Bart Chase (Aleta) and Trey Chase (Stephanie). He is also survived by father, son, brother and will be remembered in the hearts of our family and friends.
