He was predeceased by: his wife Margie; his daughter Janie Adkins; and his parents, Meredith and Jensen. He is survived by: his children, Mike (Angie) and Jeanie Smith (Billy); his son-in-law Kenny Adkins; his grandchildren, Michael Adkins (Macy), Taylor Smith, Chandler Smith and Meredith (Jensen); and his great grandchild Lucy Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Church of Christ (200 25th St NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
