He is survived by: his wife Betty Marie Daley Wagner; his children, Amy Beth Wagner Gillum (Lawrence Eugene) and Reverend Paul Eugene Wagner (Roberta Anne); and his grandchildren, Eric Eugene Gillum (Christina), Tasha Valls (Carlos), Madison Moore (Daniel), Gwendolyn Drake (Matt) and Nathan Dugger (Brittney). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 2 nephews, 3 nieces and several great nephews and great nieces.
