He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Bacon Crumbley and Frank Crumbley Jr.; his grandparents, Alice, Ott Bacon, Ruby and Frank Crumbley; and his nephew Jason Suits.
He is survived by: his stepmother Judiann Crumbley; his girlfriend Amy House; his children, Willie, Molly, Ottis and Ruby; his sisters, Allison Elmore and Lenes Suits (Scott); his stepsister Beverly Vincent; his nieces, Riley Suits, Candace Bradam Jeffrey (Zach), Lynzi Lanier and MaKayla Elmore; and his great-niece Alyssa Lanier. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
