He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Anne Kurek Mullins; his parents, David Mullins and Lena Mullins; and his siblings, Clifford Mullins and Anita Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Holloway (Michael), Adam Mullins (Andrea), Mary Boggs (Randy) and Jessica Camburn (Zachary); his grandchildren, Joshua Holloway (Robin), Matthew Holloway (Courtney), Rachel Clayton (Tyler), Ryan Boggs, Anthony Mullins, Abel Mullins, Hailey Camburn, Huxton Camburn and Finnick Camburn; his great grandchildren, Jakson, Jakob, Josiah, Benjamin, Elijah, Luke, Henry Holloway and Remi Clayton; his brothers, Arnold Mullins (Rosie), Ronald Mullins (Bonnie), Jerry Mullins, David Mullins (Barbara) and James Mullins (Cathy); and his sister-in-law Julie Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in Duane's honor to the building fund of his grandson's church, Freedom Life Church in Winchester, IN that was completely leveled during a tornado in March 2024.
