He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo Randolph; his son David Randolph; his parents, Charles Randolph and Amelia Randolph; and his brother Pete Randolph.

He is survived by: his children, Bill Randolph (Tami) and Donna Callihan (Tim); his grandchildren, Sophie, Maddie, Hunter and Mason; and his brother Jack Randolph (Lexie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
