She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar and Gertrude White Lindsey; her siblings, Geneva Lindsey Powell, Ruby Lindsey Atchley, Clyde, Carl, Gene and Reid Lindsey; and her children, Clarence Stephen Hawkins and Lynda Denham.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew Russell; her grandchildren, Melissa Lane, Jim, Joy Giles, Brian, Celeste Thompson and Rosie; and her great grandchildren, Patrick Brown, Ethan Lane, James, Jeremiah Thompson, Cassidy and Emily Shope. She is also survived by several great-great grandchildren, as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.
