She is survived by: her husband Arthur Edward Moore Jr.; her children, John Phillips (Kathy) of Tenga, GA., Clarence Allen Phillips (Dana) of Rome, GA. and Melissa Phillips (Kerri) of Woodstock, GA.; her stepchildren, Edward Moore (Kim) of Cleveland, TN and Annalicia Mathis (Joey); her grandchildren, Jonathan Fraser, Dominick Fraser, Courtny Phillips, Corina Woods (Tyler), Cierra Phillips, Maddie Phillips, Bethany Mull (Trent), Tristan Perdue (McKayla), Lexi Perdue, Jansen Phillips, Sydney Seiber, Hunter Seiber (Autumn), Austin Moore, McKenzie Moore and Kendall Alexander; her sister Sharon Koslan; and her friends, Stephanie Mandel (Bill), Denise Miller and Lou Wright.
