She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith of Polk County; her children, Chris Smith of Cleveland and Sara Clark (Byron) of Athens; her grandsons, Matthew Wilson of Athens and Ethan Clark of Athens; her great grandchildren, Conner Wilson of Athens and Alijah Wilson of Athens; her brother Dr. Greg Cook (Rachel Cook) of Legrand Oregon; her close friends, Ginger Pierce and Pat Hicks; and her pet Sophie.
