She is survived by: her parent Charles McGowan Sr; her husband Don Richardson; her siblings, Ruby Cross, Paul McGowan, Grant McGowan, Calvin McGowan and Reverend Charles McGowan; her daughter Victoria "Vicki" Vaughn; her granddaughter Andrea "Andi" Whiddon (Robert); her great grandchildren, Tyler Leonard of Cleveland and Jesse Leonard of Cleveland; and her brother John McGowan (Louise) of Cleveland. She is also survived by nephew and caregiver, Ronnie Carroll and his wife Vickie also of Cleveland and several more nieces and nephews.
