She was predeceased by : her parents, Jimmie Lee and Mildred Ruby Lee Headrick. She is survived by : her husband LD Wayne Gibson; her son Darren; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Johnson; her granddaughter Cheyenne House (Dylan); her daughter Dione; her son-in-law Clint Butler; her sister Wylene; her brother-in-law Glenn McAlister; her niece Theresa Painter (Marq); and her stepdaughters, Sheila Greene, Teresa Morris, Diane Ball (Greg) and Karen Hinkle (Mike). She is also survived by six step grandchildren and eleven step great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 6:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (7180 N Lee Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37312).
