With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Scoggins (Cleveland, Tennessee), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 3, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Scoggins and Maebell Scoggins; and his son Tommy Charles Scoggins. He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Scoggins, Dorothy, Betty, Juanita, Nancy, Mildred, Wanda and Linda; and his children, Ricky Scoggins, Debbie Chadwick, Teresa Bowlick, Anitra Keith and Barbara Blackwood. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
