She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Jack (Cheree) and Barry Jack (Jill); her grandchildren, Amber Voyles (Rudy), Kelsey Leite (Walter), Charolette Ware (Kevin), Scarlett Jack (Joseph), Corey Crump (Jana), Jacob Burnette, Tyler Babb, Dakota Johnson (Bronwyn) and Aidan Johnson; and her siblings, Phillip Coleman (Christy) and Debbie Davenport (Mark). She is also survived by seventeen Great-Grandchildren.
