She is survived by: her husband Billy O Johnson (Babe); her daughter Kimberly Hardin; her granddaughters, Autumn Nicole of Cleveland, Mya Jade Johnson of Cleveland, Taylon of Cleveland, Jessalyn Hardin of Cleveland, Savannah Jewell and Trinity Johnson of Delano Tennessee; and her siblings, James O, Daniel of Cleveland, Donnie O'Daniel (Debbie) of Martinsville Indiana and Kelly Harden of Cleveland.
