He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Scott and Lucille Swafford Scott. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Lillard Scott; his daughter Sandee Scott Vest; his grandsons, Scott Joseph Vest (Laura) and Hunter William Vest (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Joby Harrison Vest and Nelle Marie Vest.
